A Message to Our Friends, Clients, and Community

Following a major, life-saving surgery in late 2024, our day-to-day operations were put on hold to allow for essential healing and recovery. While the road back takes time and patience, we are deeply grateful for the journey so far—and we want to let you know that we are far from out of the race.

We are taking this downtime as an intentional reset to reposition the business for the long haul. Behind the scenes, this period is dedicated to continuing culinary and business education—refining our recipes, sharpening our operations, and designing an elevated experience for our next chapter.

We are laying the groundwork for an official relaunch in Mid 2027.
